Who we are
Peter Agnew, MBA, MEd, National Manager/Director
Peter Agnew has extensive experience across government, commercial and the not-for-profit sectors and has worked in senior management positions for over 25 years. He has a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master Degree in Education (Adult) MEd. Peter has been a General Manager of a large national organisation and has led teams and management groups across a federated structure. He is an active Board Member and business and people development strategist.
Peter is a facilitator, consultant and coach with the Australian Institute of Management and lectures within the higher education sector in management and leadership. He has been a DiSC facilitator for 15 years and works mainly in the people development area, developing teams and leaders in engaging and adaptable leadership styles and behaviours. Peter has the flexibility and experience to work with frontline staff, middle management and senior executive personnel and he brings warmth, passion and experience to his roles as facilitator, management coach, development consultant and leader.
Our facilitators are experienced and highly skilled practitioners who have strong links with business and industry. We pride ourselves on our own professional development and lifelong learning. Our knowledge across many industry sectors enables us to adapt to the needs of your organisation to ensure your people’s individual queries and problems are addressed. Our facilitators can also be available to attend consultation meetings with you to discuss the program and course material.
