Mastery Package
The Team Mastery Process Package
The Team Mastery Process is the capstone of People Development Australia’s team development programs. The program consists of three modules designed to be run over eight to 12 months. The program includes a Team Alignment Survey and a number of other instruments to provide teams with feedback about different aspects of their behaviour, that of their teams and the organisation. Each new layer of self-awareness contributes to an ongoing increase in their effectiveness as a team.
The program is specifically developed to proceed through a number of development stages each containing a two-day workshop followed by application within the workplace. A one-day review is held at the end of the three modules.
The Program includes:
- Pre-course online profile survey
- Workbook and handouts
- One-on-one facilitator sessions
- Seven days of facilitation
- Follow-up and review sessions
- Workplace activities
Each module will use the latest profiles that involve online survey results and printed reports to provide a detailed individual understanding of strengths and development areas during the program.
