The Team Mastery Process

Turning a potential team into a high-performing team takes time. This program is a three-stage Team Development Process that is designed for implementation over a 12 to 15-month timeframe. Impact Interactions 

The foundation of personal and professional success lies in understanding yourself and others and realising the impact of personal behaviour on the people around you. 


Impact Interactions is a powerful one-day program that will provide you with an insight into how others see you and how you see yourself. It will discuss strategies on how to dramatically improve your interactions with others, whether as part of a team, in customer service or as a leader.
  
The program will use a pre-course online profile (DiSC Profile) and a face-to-face program which is an enjoyable, reflective and interactive session designed to explore how each participant can move towards excellent interactions with impact and rigor.

Workplace Expectations and a Positive Culture

Creating a positive culture in the workplace and having clear workplace expectations makes coming to work more enjoyable, leads to greater job satisfaction and provides for stronger, open communication. 

This program will assist you with strategies on how you can effectively bring about change, creating a more ‘solutions-focused’ environment.

Effective strategies to assist with contributing to a great culture; defining your working expectations and how to communicate them; managing difficult behaviour; building productive teams; providing quality service; and giving people positive recognition and encouragement will also be covered.
