Program Title: Two Person Encounter

Program Description

This program is designed to assist individuals improve or repair their interactions with each other. Often team members have different ways of working and from time to time fall into interpersonal conflict 

The objective of this program is to explore interpersonal difference and define areas of behaviour that will naturally create tension. the outcome will be to explore strategies to work effectively with each other within the workplace.

Suggested Program Structure

• 1 hour with each staff member to understand the issues of each individual (2 hours)
• 1-2 hour workshop with both staff members to table issues and explore interpersonal difference (2 hours)
• 1 hour with each staff member to develop individual action plan (2 hours)

Generally the program includes: 

• 2 DiSC profiles
• 2 DiSC comparisons reports
• 45min consultation with workplace supervisor
• Six hours of participant contact time
• Follow-up action plan development
