Overview

We offer four online development programs:

• Bite-size workshop
• Series workshop
• Online coaching
• Public set date programs

Our online workshops are interactive group programs with expert facilitation. The workshops include live facilitator presentation, group led discussion, break out group activity, on-screen videos and tutorial worksheet resources. A suite of profile workshop are also available.

Program administration includes:

• Participant registration
• Welcome email with Zoom online platform instructions
• Program worksheet and materials
• Post program online platform and resources for DiSC workshops

Online Bite-size programs. 

Bite size programs offer your team a 3-hour online development program that provides content from any of our existing workshop. This includes DiSC, workplace communication programs and other profiling workshops. You select a date, time and let us know the participant names and email addresses along with any key goals you would like us to focus on and we will do the rest.

Duration:              3 hours online

Pricing:                 $1350 per group workshop plus GST. For a DiSC bite-size program please add $110 per person for profiles. 

Participants:        Between 8 and 25 people from your workplace

Topics:                 All programs offered on our website can be undertaken.

Included:             Welcome email and online instructions, online workshop, support materials, customised content if requested.

Online Workshop Series

Our usual popular one-day programs can now be conducted online over several interactive and engaging workshops. You select the date and times and let us know your participant names and email addresses along with any key goals you would like us to focus on and we will do the rest.

Duration:              One 3 hour online workshop with two to three 2.5-hour workshops over two to four weeks

Pricing:                 $1350 for the first workshop and then $1150 for each additional workshop plus GST

                              Please add $110 per person if you are undertaking a DiSC program requiring a DiSC profile per person.  

                              A series of four workshops over four weeks would be $4800 plus GST. 

Participants:        Between 8 and 25 people

Included:             Welcome email and online instructions, online workshop, support materials, project/activity between workshops

Online Coaching

We have a number of popular coaching programs that include one to one goals setting, 360 degree feedback or 180 degree feedback. Our 363 for Leaders program involves obtaining feedback online from direct reports, managers, peers and others and provides a 26 page coaching and development report.

Duration:              30 minute program induction plus three 1.5 hour coaching sessions online

Included:             Behavioural profile (such as a 363 for Leaders Profile, DiSC Profile or EI profile), 12 month action plan development, additional support materials and resources, audio clips and recommended reading and development

Pricing:                $1880 for the first participant (Includes profiles/360 if required). $1290 for each additional participant plus GST

Participants:        One to one online coaching
